1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 366ph ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 366ph.vip and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and APIs.

By registering an account on the 366ph platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law; (b) you are at least 21 years of age; (c) you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful; and (d) you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all players to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and play on 366ph, you must be at least 21 years old. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. 366ph strictly enforces this age limit and will request government- issued identification documents during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. 2.3 One Account Per Player

Each natural person may maintain only one registered account on the 366ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 366ph employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended, and all balances across those accounts will be subject to forfeiture upon confirmation of duplication.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and during KYC verification. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. 366ph reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

3 Account Rules and Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 366ph username and password. You agree to: (a) choose a strong, unique password not used on other platforms; (b) never share your login credentials with any third party; (c) notify 366ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

366ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility until you notify us of unauthorized access.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

366ph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and applicable PAGCOR directives. First-time withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (see Section 2.1 for accepted documents)
• A clear selfie holding the submitted ID
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (where applicable)

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first withdrawal request may result in temporary account restriction. 366ph may request additional documentation at any time where required by law or internal compliance policies.

3.3 Account Currency

4 Deposits and Funding

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

4.3 Deposit Integrity

5 Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To make a withdrawal from your 366ph account, you must: (a) have completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.2; (b) have satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance; and (c) not be under any account restriction, investigation, or suspension.

5.2 Processing Times

366ph targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes for verified accounts: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for standard requests. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to banking hours and public holidays. 5.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by 366ph are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published with each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, the following game contribution rates apply toward fulfilling wagering requirements at 366ph:

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Certified RNG

All digital games offered on the 366ph platform — including slot games, virtual sports, crash games, and fishing arcade — use Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested and certified by recognized gaming testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including 366ph itself.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on 366ph are conducted by human dealers in professional studio environments using real physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels). 8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 366ph platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or submitting falsified KYC documents.
• Money Laundering: Using 366ph to process funds derived from illegal activities. 366ph is required by Philippine AMLA regulations to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

9 Responsible Gaming

366ph is committed to providing a safe, fair, and entertaining gaming environment. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 366ph players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on gaming session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a mandatory break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your 366ph account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the requested period.

All marketing communications from 366ph include opt-out mechanisms. Players who have self-excluded from 366ph will be removed from all promotional communications immediately. 366ph will not market to self-excluded players and will not accept deposits from accounts under active self-exclusion.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 366ph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on bonus credits will have those bonus credits forfeited upon closure. Any real-money balance remaining after bonus forfeiture will be paid out to your verified payment method.

10.2 Termination by 366ph

366ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false registration information; underage gambling; account inactivity exceeding 12 months; or receipt of a directive from a competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

10.3 Inactive Account Policy

A 366ph account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. 366ph will attempt to notify you of impending inactivity status via your registered email address. After the 12-month threshold, a monthly inactivity fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by login.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 366ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 366ph platform.

366ph's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 366ph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

366ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and third-party service failures may affect platform availability. 366ph shall not be liable for any losses attributable to platform unavailability beyond amounts staked during directly affected game sessions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 366ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the 366ph platform, or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to 366ph's right to seek emergency or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction worldwide.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to 366ph's designated compliance officer by contacting customer support in writing.
